また、オリジナル素材の制作にも力をいれており、 タンナーと協力し合いながら素材への探究を行なっています。
Raw materials utilized by ISTINTO are fine leathers typified by vegetable-tanned steerhide leathers. In addition, our choices also include horse leathers, calf leathers and deerskin which are all processed by trusted domestic tanners through vegetable tanning.
It is notable that our efforts to create original raw materials are continuously made through cooperation with the tanners.

Each of our products undergoes garment dyeing in our atelier, based on our original dye blend.
The color of the leather and the technique for dyeing it are constantly studied as in the case of the raw material.
